What is stored
- Server logs. Like every website, our web server records each request: IP address, time, page, browser (user agent) and referring page. We use them to keep the site working and to block abuse. They are deleted after 14 days.
- Your market choice. If you switch between US, UK and eurozone prices, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message to reply to it and delete it on request.
- Reviews and suggestions. When you send a review or suggest a VPN we store what you typed (and your email, if you give one, only to answer you), the time, and a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address. The code can't be turned back into the address; we use it only to stop floods of spam. Reviews are published only after a person approves them, with the name you gave or as “Anonymous”. Ask us at the address below to remove yours.
We don't sell or share any of this. Links to VPN providers take you to their sites, where their own privacy policies apply.
